As our CRM Product Manager, you will contribute directly to outcomes within the Product function at a Mid level.
This role involves hands-on delivery, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining standards across execution.
You will be expected to communicate clearly, manage priorities responsibly, and drive steady improvements.
Youll be trusted to:
- Deliver outcomes for the implementation of the Product with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and clear ownership.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, Product Partners and Customers, to clarify requirements, priorities, and handoffs before execution begins.
- Raise risks early, propose practical next steps, and keep delivery predictable for the wider team.
- Improve execution through documentation, checklists, and simple processes that reduce recurring issues.
- Maintain clean updates or artifacts needed for accountability, tracking, and planning.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring:
Experience & Background

4+ years of experience in a CRM Product Manager, Delivery Product Owner, or similar role within a SaaS or technology environment

Proven track record of overseeing the delivery of software solutions with multiple stakeholders involved

Experience working in CRM platforms, customer-facing systems, or operational workflow tools
Automotive & Domain Understanding

Strong understanding of automotive business processes (dealer operations, OEM relationships, aftersales, fleet, or partner ecosystems)

Ability to translate automotive customer needs into clear product requirements and execution plans
Delivery & Execution Skills

Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities, timelines, and scope responsibly

Experience coordinating cross-functional delivery across engineering, support, and external stakeholders

Ability to raise risks early, drive resolution, and keep delivery predictable
Technical & Integration Exposure

Comfort working alongside technical teams on integrations, APIs, and third-party system dependencies

Ability to scope and support new product functions tied to customer workflows and operational needs
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments

Ability to manage expectations across customers, OEMs, internal teams, and partners

Strong documentation habits (requirements, workflows, release notes, execution checklists)
Team & Customer Oversight
