Build, validate, and maintain credit risk scorecards for retail and corporate portfolios. Apply advanced analytics techniques including logistic regression, decision trees, and machine learning. Conduct data analysis to identify key risk factors and predictive variables. Ensure scorecard performance, back-testing, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with risk, analytics, and business teams to operationalize models. What You Bring: Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field. Strong experience in credit risk modelling and scorecard development. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a high-performing team. Expertise in SAS, R, Python, SQL, or similar tools. Deep understanding of credit risk frameworks, Basel II/III, and risk rating methodologies. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
