Job Description

Key Responsibilities Design and develop ETL, data integration, and data warehouse solutions to deliver high-quality Business Intelligence outputs. Participate in the analysis, design, development, troubleshooting, and support of enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. Design, build, test, and implement reports, dashboards, and visualisations with drill-down capabilities. Develop BI solutions using SQL, ADF/Synapse Pipelines, ETL scripting, and the Microsoft BI Stack. Integrate data from multiple source systems, including in-house, vendor-based, on-premise, cloud-based systems, and Office 365. Perform day-to-day database development and administration, including queries, views, schemas, and database objects. Maintain data models, schemas, and hierarchies within data warehouse and reporting environments. Apply performance tuning techniques to optimise existing data solutions. Review code and oversee the quality of BI solutions delivered by junior team members. Ensure database security standards and business continuity documentation are maintained via Azure DevOps. Drive innovation and adoption of modern data technologies within the data environment. Qualifications Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. Relevant Microsoft certification in the Data / BI space. Experience & Skills Required 6 years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related roles. Proven experience managing Data or BI projects. Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Synapse Pipelines. Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSAS, SQL Server, and Power BI. Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architectures, including data transformation, modelling, and reporting. Knowledge of Data Transformation Services and File Transfer Protocols (FTP).
