About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Debtors Clerk to join our team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of debtors and credit control experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Pastel software.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding and overdue accounts in line with collection procedures
- Reconcile payments and deposits against bank statements daily
- Input data into Pastel
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or diploma in Credit Management
- At least 3 years of debtors and credit control experience in a manufacturing environment
- Average computer literacy with working knowledge of Pastel software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 or relevant qualification
- Certificate or Diploma in Credit Management (recommended)
