This is a senior-level role suited to a passionate travel professional who thrives on crafting exceptional African journeys, delivering seamless service, and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint. ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Summary) Design and create bespoke, luxury itineraries across Southern and East Africa Manage the full reservations process from initial quote through to invoicing and travel documentation Proactively sell and promote luxury safari products and services Ensure guest budgets are achieved while maximising value and experience Maintain clear and professional communication with agents, sales teams and suppliers Handle emergency duty and rotational shifts as required Analyse market trends and data to support sound commercial decisions Uphold sustainability values and deliver exceptional guest delight ? REQUIREMENTS Minimum 35 years previous tour consulting experience (Senior level essential) Strong knowledge of South Africa, Southern and East Africa Solid understanding of travel industry channels and sales methodologies Excellent computer skills: ESS (essential) MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Tourplan (advantageous) WETU (advantageous) Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret data Excellent organisational, administrative and time management skills ?
