What You`ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
Provide expert assistance with products, services, and general inquiries.
Resolve issues efficiently and deliver outstanding service.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch speaker (written & spoken) English proficiency is a plus!
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service, call centres, or a similar role is an advantage.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email handling, etc.).
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping people!
