Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Boards policies, procedures, and strategic decisions.
- Oversee day-to-day estate operations: security, landscaping, cleaning, and utilities.
- Manage budgets, financial records, and supplier invoices in line with financial policy.
- Coordinate and monitor service providers, tenders, and maintenance contracts.
- Oversee capital and refurbishment projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing concerns and building relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and municipal regulations.
- Support the HOA Board with reports, meeting agendas, and minutes.
- Maintain accurate operational and audit records.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in estate, facilities, or property management.
- Proven ability to manage gated communities or residential developments.
- Strong knowledge of property maintenance, contractor, and security management.
- Sound financial management and procurement experience.
