What Youll Do Plan, coordinate, and manage bespoke events, retreats, and banquets that connect guests with nature, community, and culture. Lead and inspire an events service team to deliver warm, polished, and professional hospitality. What You Bring South African citizen or valid work permit holder. At least 35 years of event or banqueting management experience within a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or nature-based retreat environment. Proven ability to manage high-end, multi-day events in both indoor and outdoor settings. Strong operational and leadership skills, with a creative and collaborative approach.
