We are looking for an Executive Assistan t who is not just reactive, but proactive, strategic, and transformativesomeone who can elevate an executive to be more focused, empowered, and high-performing. Who You Are You are the right-hand leader who runs the show, not the other way around. You thrive in high-pressure environments, anticipate needs before they arise, and take full ownership of the executives workflow, communications, and priorities. You dont just execute tasksyou strategically guide, organize, and elevate the executive. You are confident, assertive, and thrive on making things happen. You see the bigger picture and drive initiatives forward without waiting for instruction. You can challenge, advise, and support the executive in decision-making. You thrive in ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and keep everyone focused. You lead by example and set high standards for work, communication, and organization. What Youll Do Own the Presidents inbox, calendar, and priorities like your own businessanticipate what matters most and guide decisions. Act as a force multiplier for the executive, helping them become more strategic and empowered. Proactively identify gaps, opportunities, and risks; recommend solutions before problems arise. Prepare briefings, agendas, and action items that ensure the executive is focused on what truly matters. Lead ad hoc projects and initiatives, driving them to completion without hand-holding. Communicate decisively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive. Act as a strategic thought partner, offering guidance and insight on workflow, priorities, and business decisions. What Were Looking For 5 years of executive-level e xperience supporting C-suite leaders , ideally in high-growth or fast-paced environments. Proven ability to run an executives office like your own business. Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and judgment. Strong problem-solving skills, decisiveness, and calmness under pressure. Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging productivity tools to drive efficiency. Highly proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently. Strategic thinker with the confidence to challenge and advise the executive.
