Job Summary

Main Responsibility: Find new distribution partners and broker channels for all company products. Develop relationships and ensure that partners are trained to a high level of competency on the product ranges. Support Sales initiatives of these broker channels / new distribution partners both independent and corporate brokers. Initial training and product support to brokers and intermediaries. Actively promote company products to new markets. Ensure agreed new business targets are met. Ensure that clear information is always given to clients. Ensure that there are no unreasonable post-sales barriers faced by clients. Liaise with internal departments on processing requests. Build relationships with internal departments to ensure superior service is offered to clients. Keep up to date with competitor products and service offerings as well as industry developments. Ensure that customers` queries/disputes are resolved efficiently and effectively. Qualifications and

Requirements:

– Business Degree / Advanced Diploma in Marketing or Finance/Economics RE5 FAIS compliant Drivers License and own vehicle Skills and Experience: – At least 7 – 10 years work experience in a similar environment Financial Services/Health industry knowledge Must be comfortable working in a competitive environment and have a true passion for the industry Excellent customer service skills Computer literate – Knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
