Hire Resolves client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Analyst to join their team in Bryanston, Gauteng. The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing financial reports, and providing financial insights and recommendations to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial data and trends to provide accurate and timely financial reports to the management team.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and variances analysis to support decision-making.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance against key performance indicators.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with financial software and systems is a plus.
