About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Clerk to join our team at Durpro Workforce Solutions in Johannesburg. As a finance clerk, you will provide accurate and efficient financial and administrative support to the finance department, ensuring that all financial records are maintained in line with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capturing and processing invoices, payments, and journals
  • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and filing
  • Assisting with month-end processing and reporting
  • Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting the finance team with general administrative duties

Requirements

  • Relevant finance or accounting qualification (advantageous)
