About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Finance Manager CA(SA) to join our network of high-growth organizations. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for leading the full financial management function within a commercial environment, driving business performance, and providing strategic decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full financial management function within a commercial environment
- Deliver accurate management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to drive profitability and business performance
- Oversee statutory compliance, audits, and financial controls
- Support strategic decision-making through strong commercial insight
Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) with SAICA
- Strong academics, ideally Cum Laude
- ITC and APC passed on first attempt
- 35 years’ post-articles commercial experience in industry
- Articles completed at a Big 4 audit firm highly preferred
- Exposure to financial management, reporting, and business partnering in a commercial environment
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Xero, Sage, NetSuite or similar)
- High performance mindset
- Professional credibility and commercial thinking
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; CA(SA) qualification from SAICA.
