Job Summary

Responsibilities : Maintaining Accounts of debtors, applying for credit increase etc. Statements, credit notes and re-placing of orders. Debtors General Duties Bank Sars & ME Journals Maintaining Accounts of debtors, applying for credit increase etc. Process: Sage / Updating details of customers / Vat, Reg Numb, Telephone & Emails etc. on Maris It Company & Credit Checks Calling trade refs. Forward all checks, etc. for Approval, before any changes are done. Email Approval letter sent. Statements, credit notes and re-placing of orders. Credit notes, passing of credits Internally and externally, forwarding to team members and clients. Creating re-invoicing / re-placing of orders that was incorrectly captured and credited, forwarding to team members and customers. Charging interest Sending out statements on the 1 st of each month. Allocating credits against inv so that statement can balance. Allocation of accounts Maris IT – Final notices Debtors General Duties Forwarding inv, credit notes on weekly basis. POD Enquiries, Forwarding PODS to customers when required. Following up on overdue accounts cashflow every week Filling on all mentioned, recons, credit applications, queries in files for safe keeping Confirming COD payments daily with sales team Capturing of payments from speed points on correct debtors account Bank FNB – Extracting bank statements every morning, converting to excel Sage & Excel – Capture of Deposits, Payments, speed points Director expenses, debit orders and petrol card split from bank statements FNB Capturing of ME Payments, supplier payments, Petrol trips and other expenses Recon of petrol card summary to be captured Monthly reconciling bank statement with General ledger SARS & Month end Journals Monthly Recon of vat returns, recon and submission on e filling Monthly recon of PAYE, recon and submission of e filling Prepayments, Monthly Jnls, Accruals

Job Summary

About the role Responsible for all financial administration, accounting and managing Sage Accounting. Responsible for assisting customers with inquires, account information, processing applications, and any other duties to meet business objectives. Prepares reports and assists in correspondence and letter writing as required. Completes accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities Plan and manage order schedule according to stock availability. Receiving and processing of orders. Planning customers forecast. Ensuring customers receive orders on time. Creating Purchase Orders to Suppliers and receipting it correctly. Ensure proper paperwork and PO numbers are provided for driver and customers to sign off during delivery of orders. Receive incoming product from suppliers, verify documents and COAs against product received. Identify, document and resolve discrepancies. Invoicing of orders to customers with the correct Delivery Notes. Receipting stock and doing stock take once a month. Processing and managing Customer and Supplier credit applications. Compiling list of Supplier payments by the 15 of each month. Supplier payment allocations. Customer payment allocations. Sending out of statements on 30th of every month or last day of the month. Statement Recons. Electronic Filing of all documents, Invoices, Purchase Orders, Deliver Notes, Weighbridge certificates, COAs, Customer Statements. Requirements South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34. Must not have participated on the programme before. Grade 12 / NQF 4. Accounting and Maths desirable Advantageous: Diploma in Accounting. 3 years experience in a similar position. 1 to 2 years experience in an operations / warehousing environment. Advantageous: Experience in the aluminium profiles, -systems and accessories environment or similar. Skill Requirements: Proficient in SAGE Pastel Partner / Pastel Evolution or similar systems. Working knowledge and experience with MS Excel & Outlook at an intermediate level. Proficient in operational principles related to stock. Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage debtor investigations effectively. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Highly self-driven. High reconciliation skills. Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities Process invoices/credits received from procurement department/suppliers onto Accounting system Process all overseas shipments received from procurement department onto Accounting system Ensure all relevant documentation is correct and accurately filed for audit purposes Ensure invoices/credits have matching signed delivery notes & purchase orders or an approved e-mail Attend to internal & external queries regarding supplier payments and/or invoice & credit queries Reconcile/Remit monthly payments due to creditor suppliers per aged payables on Accounting system & supplier statements received Compile monthly payment list for all creditor suppliers due after payment list review is complete and approved Process monthly Roll-forward & process revaluation Load weekly payments for COD suppliers when payment is due, must have matching approved purchase order. Send proof of payment to procurement team and/or supplier once payment released Load creditor payments onto Bank. Send proof of payment with remittance to suppliers once payment released Process payments to overseas suppliers per reconciled amount due Update Cashbook on Accounting system with COD, overseas & creditor payments made Create & manage supplier Vendors on Accounting system. Complete supplier credit applications as needed Monthly reporting Assist with yearly audit in providing necessary documentation when required Backup for processing Job cards Backup for making any additional payments onto Bank when required Other ad-hoc tasks required per FM Qualifications and Experience 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role Accounting Diploma Accounting Processing and Financial Reporting systems knowledge, exposure and experience Please only apply should you meet all of the requirements. Job Summary

Job & Company Description: A well-established manufacturer in the baby and personal care FMCG sector, based in Johannesburg, is seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join their finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and stock processes, handling import/export transactions, and ensuring accurate processing of foreign currency transactions. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency are critical to success. Job Experience & Skills Required: Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial administration role within FMCG or manufacturing Proven experience in inventory and stock management Knowledge of imports/exports processes and foreign currency transactions essential Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Syspro) advantageous Strong Excel skills and a high degree of numerical accuracy Excellent organizational and communication skills
