As the Financial Director , you will lead the full finance function, drive financial strategy, and support commercial performance across global teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full finance function including reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. Drive financial strategy, commercial insights, and performance optimisation across the organisation. Partner with executive and client-facing teams to support pricing, contract profitability, and revenue forecasting. Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management across multiple regions. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote finance team. Job Experience and Skills Required: CA(SA) Chartered Accountant (Essential). Minimum 8 years post-articles experience, including 35 years in a senior financial leadership role. Industry experience in marketing, media, advertising, digital services, or professional services (Advantageous). Strong commercial acumen within a project-based, client-centric environment. Proven ability to manage complex financial structures across multiple countries. Advanced systems knowledge and strong financial modelling skills.
