The Fleet Controller is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fleet of vehicles in the logistics industry. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the daily activities of drivers and vehicles in the fleet
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Track vehicle locations and schedules using GPS systems and logistics software
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver hours
