Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Analyse business performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop scenario models and track key financial and operational KPIs. Partner with business units to assess financial impact of strategic initiatives and cost drivers. Assist with board reporting, investor presentations, and financial storytelling. Identify process improvement opportunities within the planning and reporting cycle.

Requirements:

BCom in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (essential). 35 years experience in FP&A or a similar strategic finance role. Strong analytical and modelling capabilities, with a commercial mindset. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively. Experience within the financial services sector is not negotiable.
