Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Ensure EE compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relating to HR practices
- Manage the compensation and benefits process, including salary reviews and incentive programs
- Work closely with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on strategic business decisions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
