About the Role
Hire Resolve are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our client as the Head of Human Resources in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the HR function within our organization, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Ensure EE compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations relating to HR practices.
- Manage the compensation and benefits process, including salary reviews and incentive programs.
- Work closely with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on strategic business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
