About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Practitioner to join our team, providing comprehensive HR support to management and employees, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance within the South African labour legislative framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, assessments, and appointment recommendations.
- Identify organisational and individual training needs and support implementation of skills development initiatives.
- Maintain and utilise HR information systems to support workforce planning and people management.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies and ensure compliance with labour legislation.
- Guide and support the effective implementation of performance management processes.
- Manage disciplinary, grievance, incapacity, and rehabilitation processes internally and externally (CCMA).
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
- 8-10 years’ experience in the Human Resources Field
- CCMA experience in successfully running with conciliations and arbitrations
- Demonstrated experience in drafting formal HR documentation
