About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our accounting firm, responsible for creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming impression for all clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a busy reception area and switchboard with professionalism
- Deliver exceptional client service in person and telephonically
- Coordinate administration, filing, document control, and office supplies
- Maintain an organized reception area and manage office equipment
- Assist directors and senior staff with Personal Assistant duties, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and client communications
- Support ad hoc operational requirements
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2 years experience in reception or administration (accounting/audit environment advantageous)
- Proven switchboard and client relationship management
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
