2+ years in an internal sales / administrator role

Wholesale / building materials / glass products industry

Proficient with MS Office, email and ERP or POS system

Process sales orders, invoices, delivery notes and quotations

Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, client accounts and pricing lists

Manage internal filing systems (digital and paper-based)

Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with the warehouse and transport teams

Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely reordering

Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies

Assist in preparing reports for sales performance, stock levels and customer trends

Handle inbound customer inquiries

Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads to sales

Support the external sales team

Build and maintain positive relationships
