About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Internal Sales Administrator at Telebest, a leading provider of glass products and services in the wholesale industry. As a key member of our internal sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, supporting external sales efforts, and driving business growth through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales orders, invoices, delivery notes, and quotations
Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, client accounts, and pricing lists
Manage internal filing systems (digital and paper-based)
Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with the warehouse and transport teams
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely reordering
Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
Assist in preparing reports for sales performance, stock levels, and customer trends
Handle inbound customer inquiries
Prepare and follow up on quotations to convert leads to sales
Support the external sales team
Build and maintain positive relationships
Promote glass products and services to walk-in and phone-based clients to meet monthly sales targets

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) essential
2+ years in an internal sales / administrator role
Proficient with MS Office, email, and ERP or POS system
