Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a talented Senior Java Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications that meet the needs of our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and extensive experience with Java frameworks. You will work collaboratively with agile teams to deliver exceptional software solutions while mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecting, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications
- Participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Conducting code reviews and maintaining code quality
- Collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Optimizing application performance and ensuring security compliance
- Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency with Java EE and related technologies
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles
- Knowledge of database design and SQL
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
