About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior SAICA Clerk to join our client’s team. As a Junior SAICA Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of accounting tasks and gaining practical experience in the field of accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting tasks
- Prepare client financial statements and management accounts
- Assist with tax compliance and preparation of tax returns
- Conduct audit procedures under the supervision of a Senior Auditor
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Must be working towards completing SAICA articles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (if applicable)
