About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Team Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our electrical panel manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preparing detailed, cost-effective estimates of control boards while staying up to date with competitive advantages and continuously improving pricing strategies and monitoring market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed, cost-effective estimates of control boards
- Resolve cost discrepancies efficiently
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure full alignment and seamless coordination
- Provide accurate quotes and estimates
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within an electrical panel manufacturing environment
- Skilled in MS office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Commercial projects knowledge on DB boards
- Afrikaans speaking is advantageous
- Business acumen
- Great interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Red seal
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
