About the Role
We are seeking a sharp and ambitious CA(SA) to join our dynamic Corporate Finance team, where they will gain real exposure to deal-making, valuations, and high-impact advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the execution of M&A transactions, capital raises, and strategic corporate finance projects
- Building and supporting financial models (DCF, LBO, and other)
- Conducting due diligence and analysing financial statements to uncover the story behind the numbers
- Working with senior advisors to craft investment theses and client presentations
- Learning the art of structuring complex deals and understanding industries from the inside out
Requirements
- Newly qualified CA(SA) with solid technical accounting knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling ability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A driven, curious, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments where deals move quickly
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent qualification
- Chartered Accountant (SA) designation
