About the Role
We are seeking a skilled iStore IOS Technician to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for providing expert technical support and repair services for Apple devices. As an integral part of our technical support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and efficient repairs, while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and repair services for iOS devices within prescribed turnaround time stipulated by Apple
- Conduct all iOS repairs to ensure high-quality results
- Provide adequate feedback and repair documentation for each repair, as per AASP guidelines
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
- Completed Matric
- Apple iOS Certified (ACIT) or similar technical qualification
- 2 years experience in repairing mobile hardware
- Proven MAC & IOS experience
