Our client in the Financial industry is looking for a Marketing Manager.
Key responsibilities
Staff Management:
• Identify training needs
• Set and communicate KPAs
• Manage targets and objectives
• Provide direction; guidance and support to staff members
Budget/Forecast:
• Build a detailed, bottom-up annual budget for areas of responsibility
• Supply key inputs to the quarterly reforecast, using the most accurate, up-to-date information available Be prepared to discuss assumptions used for developing budgets and forecasts
Marketing Management:
• Manage and coordinate all marketing; advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products / services
• Analyze customer research to determine market requirements for existing and future products / services
• Scanning and researching external markets; membership needs and consumer needs
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products / services
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor; review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Providing; managing and guiding PR and communication output
• Determine and manage the marketing budget
• Delivery marketing activity within agreed budgets
• Manage web content
• Monitor and manage social media content
• Managing content of magazine
• Vetting and placement of advertising material
• Oversee design of marketing and other FPI material
• Ensure needs are met in terms of value proposition on primary level (promoting CFP) and secondary level (member services)
• Work collaboratively with a diverse staff team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies
• Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness and cross-selling opportunities in line with brand guidelines
Communications Management:
• Provide writing and editing support for all outbound member communication including all promotional materials, website content, monthly newsletter and the annual report
• Coordinate communications projects with vendors and contractors for the development, production and delivery of CPD events, i.e. promotional materials, web site information and other collateral.
• Compiling written communication for staff / clients / partners / suppliers
• Support and manage the implementation of corporate communication programmers
• Write, edit and distribute all company newsletters according to publication schedule
• Write speeches for senior management within the organisation
• Preparing sales documentations such as proposals, brochures, special offers to stakeholders
• Assisting sales staff with ad-hoc copywriting when require
Processes:
• Monitoring; implementing and evaluating consumer awareness processes and campaigns
• Compile processes for functional areas under your control
Requirements:
• Business / Marketing related degree / equivalent professional qualifications
• Experience in all aspects of developing and maintain marketing strategies
• Technical marketing skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Relevant industry knowledge
