We are seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer II to join a high-performance media production team supporting Saudi Aramco. The ideal candidate will assist in delivering high-quality motion graphics and 3D animation content for a variety of internal and external communication needs. This role combines hands-on creative execution with strategic input into the production pipeline and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of motion graphics and 3D animations tailored to the diverse requirements of Saudi Aramco.

• Create, model, animate, and deliver high-quality visual content that meets technical and creative standards.

• Collaborate with producers, directors, editors, and internal stakeholders to design impactful videos and presentations.

• Operate both as a hands-on creator and a conceptual contributor to multimedia projects.

• Assist in streamlining motion design processes and provide input on technical infrastructure improvements.

• Innovate and improve production pipelines to enhance efficiency and creative output.

• Research and implement emerging technologies and methodologies in motion design and animation.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements: Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of motion design experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in a corporate multimedia or art department environment producing 3D animations, motion graphics, and visual presentations.

• Demonstrated experience working on client-oriented projects with a strong design and storytelling approach.

• Experience collaborating across departments and managing creative contributors such as photographers, illustrators, and sound designers.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with a wide range of motion design and post-production tools.

• Solid understanding of post-production workflows and video production techniques.

• Ability to innovate in visual storytelling and streamline technical processes.

Portfolio:

• A professional portfolio/showreel demonstrating exceptional motion design and narrative skills is required.
