• Develop and refine technical pricing models for life insurance products.
• Assist with pricing of new and existing group and individual products.
• Review product structures in line with regulatory and professional standards.
• Support the structuring of new products and deals, engaging with clients and internal teams.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science.
• Qualified or nearly qualified actuary (FASSA or equivalent) or on track to attain fellowship within 18 months.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the life insurance industry, with pricing exposure preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently.
