About the Role
A fast-paced, multi-franchise dealership in Johannesburg North is seeking an Invoicing Clerk with excellent organizational skills to join their team. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure, enjoy working with numbers, and have solid experience managing dealership invoicing processes using Evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare, process, and issue invoices to clients and finance houses
- Capture invoicing data into the Evolve system with precision
- Ensure all invoicing entries are correct and error-free
- Identify and correct discrepancies promptly
- Maintain organized and accurate invoicing records
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage multiple invoicing tasks while meeting strict deadlines
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk or in a similar role
- Motor industry experience is mandatory
- Multi-franchise dealership experience essential
- Working knowledge of Evolve is essential
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Stable employment history
