A dynamic and expanding organisation across the manufacturing, production, and services sectors is seeking a commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This opportunity is suited to a strategic CA(SA) who thrives in a high-impact environment and is confident influencing decisions at Board level.
As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy, strengthening governance, and driving sustainable growth across the business.
 
Your Impact

• Partner closely with the CEO and Board to influence strategic direction
• Lead and oversee the full finance function, including reporting, planning, and controls
• Provide commercial insights to enhance profitability and support business growth
• Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies
• Ensure full compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee external audit processes and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Lead initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and best practices
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team

 
What We’re Looking For

• CA(SA) qualification (essential)
• Minimum 8 years’ post-articles experience
• At least 3 years’ Board-level exposure
• Proven experience within manufacturing, production, or services environments
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive level
• Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking capability
• Demonstrated experience managing complex finance functions
