Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full finance function
• Drive strategic planning and commercial decision-making
• Manage change initiatives and process improvements
• Provide commercial finance insights to support operational performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification
• 8–10 years’ relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing/production
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing large teams
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
