My client in the Telecoms sector is looking for a CFO with experience in senior management (EXCO/MANCO) and board exposure. This role is ideal for a finance leader ready to take ownership of the company’s financial strategy while partnering with the executive team to drive sustainable growth.  This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a leadership role where your financial expertise and strategic thinking will directly influence the company’s growth and success.
 
Duties:

• Lead the finance function, including financial planning, reporting, and risk management
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute strategy
• Drive operational efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide strategic financial insights to the board and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance standards

 
Education and experience:

• CA(SA) qualification
• 10+ years’ relevant experience, with 4+ years in senior management/board roles
• Experience in Manufacturing, Telecoms, or IT sectors

 
Skills:

• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
