About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Risk and Advisory Services portfolio, driving growth strategies, and delivering high-quality engagements that meet firm-wide objectives. As a trusted advisor, you will position our practice as a market-leading expert in governance, risk management, compliance, and internal audit.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies for the Risk Advisory Services portfolio in line with firm-wide objectives
- Position the practice as a trusted, market-leading advisor
- Act as a trusted advisor on governance, risk management, compliance, and internal audit
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships across complex organisations
- Oversee delivery of high-quality engagements within scope, time, and budget
- Ensure adherence to risk frameworks, methodologies, and regulatory standards
- Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams
- Build a collaborative culture focused on excellence, learning, and retention of top talent
- Identify new market opportunities
- Drive revenue growth through expansion of client portfolios and new offerings
Requirements
- Honours degree in Internal Audit, Accounting, or Finance
- Full professional qualification (CIA or equivalent)
- CISA highly advantageous
