About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front of House Restaurant Manager to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the entire front of house operation, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee daily operations
- Oversee stock control and inventory management
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Work effectively under pressure to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- At least four years of experience in a busy restaurant environment
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant floor management
- Strong communication skills and exceptional customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with opening and closing procedures is necessary

Salary: R 15,000 – R 20,000 net per annum
