About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Group Accountant to join our team in Johannesburg North. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading and preparing reporting for JSE-listed environments, ensuring full compliance with IFRS and listing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prepare reporting for a JSE-listed environment, ensuring full compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support audit processes and manage technical accounting queries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial insights
- Contribute to process improvements and financial controls
Requirements
- Fully qualified CA(SA)
- Minimum 2–5 years post-articles experience
- Essential: Hands-on experience with JSE-listed reporting, including preparation of financial statements, compliance with IFRS, and understanding of listing requirements
- Advantageous: Exposure to the property industry or real estate investment portfolios
- Strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
