Job Description
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor setups accurately and efficiently.
- Investigate cost fluctuations, resolve financial queries, and maintain clean records.
- Handle intercompany invoicing and account balancing.
- Support month-end processes, including accruals, prepayments, and FX adjustments.
- Assist with audits, process improvements, and ad hoc finance projects.
- Keep financial data, reports, and reconciliations precise, organised, and up-to-date.
- Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative finance team across global operations
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Finance Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar finance role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and a methodical, disciplined approach
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Adaptable team player with strong initiative and resilience
