Job Description
As a Paid Media Specialist, you will take ownership of paid search activity with the goal of driving qualified traffic, increasing visibility, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes
You’ll be responsible for building, managing, and optimising campaigns across major advertising platforms while using performance data to continuously refine strategy and improve ROI
Key Responsibilites
Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns aligned with broader business objectives
Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify growth and optimisation opportunities
Create, launch, and optimise campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and similar networks
Write and test ad copy designed to maximise click-through and conversion rates
Implement accurate tracking and measurement to ensure campaign performance is correctly reported
Monitor daily performance and make proactive optimisations to bids, budgets, targeting, and keywords
Run A/B tests on ads, extensions, and landing page elements to drive continual improvement
Analyse performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations
Prepare regular performance reports aligned to key metrics and outcomes
Manage campaign budgets responsibly, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
Stay informed on platform updates, industry changes, and competitive activity
Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and internal quality standards
Collaborate with designers, marketers, analysts, and external partners where required
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
1–2 years’ hands-on experience managing paid search or PPC campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable working with performance data and reporting on results
Deadline-driven with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
Confident communicator who can explain technical insights clearly
Nice to Have
Qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
Exposure to additional paid channels, analytics tools, or conversion optimisation
