• Lead, guide, and motivate a multidisciplinary technical service team to consistently deliver highquality service outcomes
• Oversee all daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by resolving technical and service-related issues promptly and professionally
• Manage departmental budgets and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effective cost control
• Implement focused initiatives to strengthen team capability, accountability, and overall service performance
• Drive continuous improvement through structured training, process enhancements, and the effective application of PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation technologies

Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of five years’ experience managing technical or service teams, supported by strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Practical exposure to PLCs, SCADA, HMI systems, conveyors, and rotating equipment
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams
• Hands-on experience within maintenance, field service, and workshop environments
• Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities, with a customerfocused and solutionsdriven approach

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing technical service operations in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally
