About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Manager Assistant to join our team in Johannesburg North. As an assistant to an independent and reputable Wealth Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth client onboarding, compliant administration, and professional follow-through. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured work environment with a mostly remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Wealth Manager in client onboarding and administration
- Maintain compliance with FICA processes and record-keeping requirements
- Provide administrative support to the advisor’s client portfolio, including investments and related product administration (quotes, submissions, follow-ups)
- Utilize CRM systems to keep client data accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone, handling confidential information
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12
- RE5 and solid working knowledge of FICA processes and record-keeping
- At least 5 years of experience in an administration/PA/Secretarial role
- 2 or more years of experience as a Broker Assistant or Wealth/Financial Advisor Assistant supporting an advisor’s client portfolio
