Manage warehouse, logistics, and customer support operations at the branch level to ensure service excellence and stock accuracy. Responsibilities: Supervise dispatch, receiving, stock control, and driver teams. Oversee branch stocktake and inventory accuracy. Monitor logistics performance and on-time delivery. Manage support staff and the customer collection area. Ensure safety, housekeeping, and operational efficiency. Essential Requirements: 5 years in logistics or operations management. Strong organisational and staff supervision skills. Knowledge of stock systems and basic financial controls. Experience working in similar long lead time, 10,000SKU import/distribution model businesses. Warehouse experience (both DC and client-facing). Experience managing customer service including reverse logistics and technical support. Willing to travel nationally at least 1 week per month. Beneficial Requirements: Distribution centre or warehouse systems experience. Forklift or stock movement exposure.
