Johannesburg: Operations Manager/Factory Manager

Minimum requirements: 810 years’ experience in a Production/Operations Management role in manufacturing (automotive, plastics, or metals preferred) Relevant qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Operations or a Diploma with strong experience Proven track record leading culture change and operational improvements Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, etc.) Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Syspro, SAP, Oracle, Info-LN) and production KPIs, dashboards and digital/visual management tools Strong working knowledge of lean tools and CI Systems.
