About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a driven and personable Partnerships Associate to support a global sales function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, client engagement, and sales coordination in a fast-paced international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and qualify prospective clients using internal tools and external platforms
- Organise lead and contact data in spreadsheets and CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate meetings
- Follow up consistently with cold, warm, and inactive prospects
- Book meetings with inbound leads generated through marketing activity
- Engage with prospects interacting with digital campaigns and content
- Support the sales cycle from lead through to proposal submission and deal progression
- Confirm service capability against client requirements
- Maintain accurate and professional client records and communications in the CRM
- Support post-meeting follow-up and client relationship nurturing
- Compile regular sales reports and support performance tracking against targets
Requirements
- University degree, college diploma, or equivalent qualification
- Strong academic record
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Personable, engaging, and professional communication style
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
- Persistence and consistency in follow-up activity
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- Resilience and comfort working in a sales-driven environment
