We are looking for telesales agents who reside in or around Pretoria West

Job Requirements:

• Build Client Relations build rapport
• Service customers – be professional
• Well-spoken, confident communication skills
• Sales Ability be able to provide a professional sales pitch, overcome objections, and effectively close sales to the target market
• Target driven individual
• Probation period will apply
• Medical / Pharmaceutical experience will be advantageous

Candidate Criteria:

• Matric
• 2-3 years as a Telesales Agent / Consultant
• Clear criminal record
• Must be computer literate – Excel, Word, CRM
• Responsible, reliable, trustworthy
• Punctual
• Provide customer support
• Willingness to learn
• Target driven, energetic, enthusiastic
