We are seeking an experienced, passionate and certified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join a Luxury Wellness Centre in the Middle East. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and comprehensive client care, adhering to the highest standards. The successful candidate will possess a solid educational background, significant practical experience, and a commitment to excellence in the wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct personalized and group Pilates sessions, focusing on Mat and Reformer techniques.
Develop customized workout plans tailored to individual client needs and fitness goals.
Incorporate EMS and general fitness training into sessions where applicable to enhance client results.
Monitor and assess client progress, providing ongoing feedback and support.
Maintain a safe and welcoming studio environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and certifications to deliver cutting-edge training.

Qualifications and Skills:

Certification in Mat and Reformer Pilates (required).
Knowledge or certification in EMS training (Electro Muscle Stimulation) (advantageous).
Experience with general fitness workouts and program development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to health and wellness.
