About the Role

The Policy & Procedure Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with local regulations, organizational strategy, and international best practices. This role plays a critical part in promoting organizational consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain company-wide policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and manuals
Conduct gap analyses and ensure alignment with relevant labor laws and regulatory frameworks
Collaborate with legal, HR, compliance, and operational departments
