Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation of daily and monthly P&L and position reports, providing clear attribution and commentary for senior management. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 35 Risk Analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Oversee CTRM system integrity, support system enhancements, and coordinate the resolution of technical issues. Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to strategic global projects across commodity desks. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education: Relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Data Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field. CA(SA) advantageous; CFA/FRM certification a plus. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in risk management, product risk, or middle-office roles. 3 years leadership or team management experience. Experience within trading or financial services preferred. Skills: Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency. Experience with CTRM systems highly advantageous. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to work under pressure and manage complex data environments.
