About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Production Director II to lead the production of high-profile media content supporting Saudi Aramco corporate communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing complex production projects, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across a wide range of assignments including non-scripted, multi-camera productions and live events.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, write, develop, and direct media content supporting Saudi Aramco operations across Saudi Arabia.
- Supervise production teams through all phases of the production and post-production process.
- Direct and oversee live and non-scripted, multi-camera assignments such as campaigns, inaugurations, and events using mobile production equipment.
- Collaborate with Saudi Aramco stakeholders to align creative outputs with project objectives.
- Manage project goals, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations during production, especially in remote or industrial environments.
- Source and direct on-screen talent including actors, extras, models, and voice-over artists.
- Oversee risk assessments and ensure all activities meet local customs and industry safety standards.
- Ensure all produced content complies with licensing, rights, and copyright requirements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a media-related field (Film, Media Studies, Communications, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years in media production, directing high-visibility corporate communication projects across diverse industry sectors.
- Proven experience producing in GCC countries or within the hydrocarbon/oil and gas industry is preferred.
