• Duties include ,but are not limited to:
• Manage, monitor, improve the receiving / dispatch department / warehouse operations effectively
• Monitoring productivity
• Ensure optimal resource usage and productivity across all areas
• Ensure all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level
  Agreements (SLAs) are complied with when executing your daily duties
• Work in a manner that ensures all your KPIs are met continuously
• Perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Warehouse Manager or Senior Management or any other member of staff delegated to assign duties to you.
• Supervisory / Leadership / Managerial Tasks
• Problem solve, negotiate, and address staff challenges in the Receiving / Dispatch Department
• Continuously evaluate the Receiving / Despatch Departments operations and highlight potential problems or opportunities identified in the operation
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork
• Escalate any incidents pertaining to the Receiving / Dispatch / Warehouse Department that require the involvement and attention of the warehouse manager and/or senior management to the warehouse manager and/or relevant senior management personnel.

Candidate Requirements:

Matric

Good communication skills

Must be computer literate

Knowledge of Warehousing / Despatch / Receiving is mandatory

Knowledge of Disciplinary procedures

Must have Supervisory experience

Prepared to work shifts as well as weekends
