About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process from designing new campaign ads to screening and sourcing quality candidates. Your critical mindset will ensure that key skills candidates meet campaign requirements. This role requires strong relationship building skills and the ability to work in a pressurized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Write adverts and post on our recruitment platform
- Implement initiatives & referral initiatives to attract outbound sales candidates
- Ensure fulfilment of the end-to-end recruitment function including sourcing, telephonic screening, competency-based interviews, assessments, compliance & all other related functions
- All administrative related duties
- Ensure high quality standards are adhered to
Requirements
- 2+ years end to end recruitment experience
- Proven track record in delivering high volume candidates
- Contactable references
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (no formal education mentioned)
