About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Consultant to join our team at our Tour Agency Head Office in Johannesburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless reservations processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Process reservations and manage bookings effectively
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs
- Maintain accurate records and reports
