A leading organisation in the FMCG sector is looking for a highly skilled Systems HR Support & Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic HR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong systems expertise and a solid background in payroll and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert support for HR and payroll systems
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Manage and maintain HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Sage, SAP, or similar)
- Analyze and resolve complex HR and payroll issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
